The worth of the Goan DOV
The Pathetic “pace and quality” of investigations and enquiry by the Department of Vigilance ,is in the public domain more than a year after the date when the Applicant sought the under-stated information from the DOV), and so, information related thereto, is in public interest (It might be noted that no propriety or efficiency audit /review of the DOV has ever been carried out by the AG/CAG or any other external agency) - it is staffed by Nassara Chammiyas and Konkan Ghatis
Type A
·Vigilance complaints against 32% gazetted and 68% non-gazetted officers not disposed; Gross violation of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 that mandate disposal of cases in six months
·https://www.heraldgoa.in/Goa-News/87-corruption-cases-against-Govt-officials-pending-in-past-18-years/133331.html
Type B
·In the last three years, the Vigilance Department has completed investigation in only 53 cases.

Type C
·The CAG has pointed out corruption, revenue loss/leakage and criminal negligence leading to potential losses of Rs. 2500 crores to 4000 crores (while the ACB and the DOV are sleeping)
Then you have the Pandoos in the ACB - who are pimps and blackmailers for the CM ! Limpet Limpdick Black skinned trash with Nil IQ - chammiyas and mongrels liker Anand Kuckoookar
