It is up to them to cancel the licence permanently,” said Saleem. “We’re also planning to improve technology to find such offenders. The number of CCTV cameras and a server upgradation are some steps to identify offenders. For riders who violate traffic rules more than three times, their licences will be suspended with immediate effect,” he said.
